A non-refundable deposit of $250 (that is applied towards the
rate) is required to secure your reservation. A security deposit of $300 is due with final balance and is
refundable within 14 days following a satisfactory inspection of the property. The final balance is due no later
than 60 days before arrival date.
You may check-in as early as 3 pm EST and check-out as late as 11 am EST.
The maximum occupancy of our villa is 9 persons. You must be 21 years of age or older
to rent the property. No smoking or pets are allowed.

Amenities
The clubhouse in High Grove is staffed and open
8am to 8pm, 7 days a week and offers many amenities. Among them are a large pool and hot tub with towel service,
workout room, computer Internet access, free Wi-Fi, TV and board game room, billiards, foosball, arcade, free
coffee and tea and much more.
